Washington D.C.

We spent a day visiting D.C.  We went to a few of the monuments and visited the two most popular Smithsonian museums; The Museum of Natural History and The Air and Space Museum.

Exploring

Today we stayed in town and explored around Belle Isle.  We have a different adventure whenever we go there.

While we were in town we stopped for a bite to eat then visited our state capital building.

Camping, Hiking and Canoeing

On spring break, we went to Merchant's Millpond in the Great Dismal Swamp area near the Virginia - North Carolina border.
