Spring Soccer

This year Clark and Spencer played soccer on the same team. They played in a 4-5 year old league and amazingly registration happened during the month where Spencer was 4 and Clark was still 5. Here are some photos from their last game.

Haines babies

We think Laurel is adorable! She is probably our most distinctive baby, but when you compare her with her brothers' photos you can still see she is a Haines.

Bikes

Clark got a new bike for his birthday. Spencer started riding a real bike and now Grant has moved up to the big wheel.

Reading Boys

The boys are totally into books. Clark has rediscovered his old books, because now he can read them to himself, or even better- to Grant.

Mt. Airy

We went up to Mt. Airy, NC- just under an hour north of W-S. This is the actual town from the Andy Griffith show. (Mt. Airy - Mayberry) We even saw Floyd the Barber still giving haircuts downtown.

You can see who was excited to go, (And who was not) but as it turned out we all had a great time.

We went to the Downtown Cinema Theater, in its art deco glory, and caught "The Merry-Go-Round," which is the second oldest live radio broadcast in the country (The Grand Ole Opry is older) These are the Shelton Brothers playing some good old gospel blue grass music.
