| The big news is that our little girl is the first child to need stitches. She was running and tripped and struck the stone fireplace. She was quite a bloody mess by the time I arrived on the scene, but it turned out that most of the bleeding was coming from this gash on her forehead. It looked kind of deep so we took her to an urgent care clinic. It was a pretty deep gash and she had to have sutures. It took 6 stitches. She was such a brave little kiddo. She has been doing fine and she is now kind of proud of her owie. |
